The classes are suitable for those who want to improve muscle tone, receive sensory stimulation and harmonize the body. They’re mainly set in Alagna, but events spread throughout Valsesia. They ‘re both outdoor and indoor, even if the natural outside environment is certainly the preferred one! Among the proposals there are weekends entirely dedicated to yoga, or that combine yoga at altitude and trekking, to maximize the physical and mental benefit!
