The “Angelo Mosso” Institute is located just below the Salati Pass in the basin between the Corno del Camoscio and the Stohlemberg, at 2,901 metres at the Olen Pass. Inaugurated in 1907 it was named after its founder, Professor of Physiology Angelo Mosso. The institute can be only be visited on certain occasions.
