Arriving in the hamlets of Niel and Gruba you get the impression of already having passed here before finding a perfect example of a rural village dating back to times gone by.  The two villages built in traditional materials, wood and stone, provide examples of “stadels” or “raccards”. The villages are also the starting point for numerous hiking and trekking routes.
