The Hub Champoluc is a dance school and yoga centre housed in the Hotel Castor in the heart of Champoluc. The dancer, Valentina Mahmoud, offers modern and contemporary modern dance courses for children and adults. Corinne Favre can teach you in the practice of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Dance and offers foot reflexology treatments. Martina Merlet specialises in yoga for children and pregnant mothers as well as specialising in Vinyasa Yoga.
