The peaceful churchyard in front of the Church dedicated to San Nicola will welcome you amidst the streets of the Chateau village. Rebuilt and enlarged on many occasions, the church boasts three Baroque-style carved wood altars. The scent of the candles and incense escort the faithful at Sunday Mass.   If you are lucky, you can pray to the majestic sound of the old organ. The bell tower houses a particular treasure – the largest bell in the region which was a precious gift from the King of our people.
