Festival of culinary creativity of the Val d’Ayas!

Every year, in September, the Chefs of the Val d’Ayas prepare dishes exclusively based on products of the Valdostan km0 chain. The dishes are available to the public who can enjoy them surrounded by the mountains of the Val d’Ayas.

Come and discover the culinary excellence of the territory! In September a selection of Aosta Valley chefs and producers meet at Brusson lake at the foot of Monte Rosa for MONTEROSA GOURMAND the Festival of gastronomic excellence and the km0 chain of Valdostan.
