In Champorcher a weekend full of events

From Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd July 2018 will take place the second edition of “Champorcher Yoga Experience”:
a weekend dedicated to the practice of yoga, in close contact with the wild nature of this almost untouched mountain landscape; an event born from the collaboration between two local association: “Vivre Champorcher” and “Heart&Lewe asd”, with the support of Champorcher municipality.
In these days you will have the opportunity to explore Nature elements (Land, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) through the practice of Asana, organic movements, free dance, sounds, meditations, songs and the sound of drums and ceramic instruments.
Marta Mezzino, guest of this edition, is an international teacher who has been working and practicing in close contact with nature for years. By visiting her website “yunaia.com” you can discover her eclecticism and her way of practicing. Her lessons will satisfy all levels of preparation.
You can book now your lesson on www://champorcheryoga.wixsite.com
